40-41 Great Marlborough Street
High-quality refurbishment and full height extension to a period building comprising two former adjoining townhouses in central London, creating some 15,000 sq ft of accommodation in total.
The building was split into two completely separate uses with a three storey retail capped service shell unit occupying the lower three floors and Cat A specification offices to the upper floors.
The building was designed to be capable of floor-by-floor letting or such that the offices could be let as a whole.
The project commenced in March 2016 under a fourteen-month contract programme.
The completed building, once let, was sold privately in 2017.
