Planning consent was secured for a substantial bespoke 6-bedroom, 12,000 sq ft, private house of very contemporary design in Northwood, within the London Borough of Hillingdon.

The site is located within an Area of Special Local Character and this presented a number of challenges throughout the planning process.

The extensive internal and external accommodation includes a basement swimming pool that retracts to become a dance floor complete with “no-holds-barred” disco lighting and a fully equipped adjoining party area.

The Client for this project is an Interior Designer and this is the second house that Mark has designed for her and her family.

Mark was involved in the project from the outset through to the commencement of construction and the scheme is testament to the Client’s skill, enthusiasm and tireless commitment to the extensive use of bespoke materials, details, finishes and fittings throughout.
